Positive, encouraging, challenging and aimed at the development of the individual player for the combined team impact, I see myself as a   teacher and one who seeks to inspire high levels of achievement on and off the field.  I enjoy developing sportsmanship, team work and a strong confident identity in the players.  I focus on skills that directly impact game play, skills that need improvement as seen in our actual games and fundamentals.

Sports can provide a very positive experience for kids of all ages.  As a coach I am always keeping that in mind working to bring the particular group of kids to their highest potential.
